Germany - A9, Marktschorgast

The A9 is with 530km one of the longest highways in Germany and runs from north to south connecting Berlin with Munich. For this highly frequented highway it is clear that there is regular construction work needed, as also just recently the renewal of the road pavement between Marktschorgast and Bad Berneck in Northern Bavaria. Part of that modernization was also the installation of DELTABLOC® restraint systems on the central reserve. Over a length of almost 5.8km DELTABLOC® DB 80AS-E, DB 80F and other DELTABLOC® barriers and solutions (eg. Dilatation, Transitions,...) have been installed. A great project that increases road safety and underlines our wide product portfolio.
