The PHONOBLOC® DB NBF series is a crash-tested restraint system with an integrated noise barrier which meets all technical and design requirements. The DB NBF product types can be used surface mounted, pile driven, pinned or anchored without a foundation on a temporary or permanent basis. The system is designed in three parts consisting of a base unit, steel columns and noise protection panels. It is fully CE-certified to H2 and H4b containment level in accordance with EN 1317, fulfills all acoustic requirements in accordance with EN 14388 and so space-saving that it can be positioned closer to the traffic. The DB NBF series - a precast system for the central reserve and verge.

Advantages of the DB NBF Series

A space-saving system

The DB NBF series is a restraint system with an integrated noise barrier and so space-saving that it can be positioned closer to the traffic.

Tested and certified in accordance with EN 1317 and EN 14388

The DB NBF series is fully CE-certified and tested in accordance with EN 1317 and EN 14388.

No deep foundation needed

The DB NBF system does not need a deep foundation for installation, unlike standard noise protection barriers.

Variable system heights

The maximum system height depends on local wind loads and the final height will be statically verified.

Ready for all panel types

The DB NBF system fits all PHONOBLOC® noise protection panels or any other commercially available noise protection panels in accordance with national regulations.
