Germany – A44, Waldkappel

The German federal motorway A44 has a planned total length of 330km from the Belgium border to Kassel and passes through some of the country's liveliest cities, including Düsseldorf and Dortmund. This important west-east connection consists of five separate sections. The section at Waldkappel is currently being connected in a newly built 70km four-lane project. Our DELTABLOC® permanent safety barriers DB 80E, DB 80AS-E and DB 80AS-A have been installed over 6km on the verge and central reserve increasing road safety.
