Kirchdorfer Group now with dual leadership

As of the beginning of 2022, Hofmann Holding GmbH - the executive company of the Kirchdorfer Group - will be managed by two Managing Directors. In addition to Erich Frommwald, who has been the sole Managing Director of the group since 2004, Michael Wardian has been nominated as the second Managing Director. A dual leadership was indispensable due to the size that had been reached in the meantime and the complexity of the group, which consists of several divisions and more than 50 individual companies.
