Mexico - Highway 180, Veracruz

The Mexican Federal Highway 180 stretches more than 2,000 km along Mexico’s Gulf and Caribbean coast. Just north of the city of Veracruz, shortly after the toll station, we have proudly completed our very first DELTABLOC® project in Mexico. The surface mounted DB 80 concrete barriers with H2 W5 performance class have been installed on the central reserve, replacing outdated plastic barriers and significantly increasing safety for all road users. With a planned project length of 6 km, this installation marks not only an important infrastructure improvement - but also the beginning of DELTABLOC®’s contribution to safer roads across Mexico.
